If your case has been accepted, you can expect a confirmation phone call as well as disclosure of fees. Only after fees are paid in full and received by our office will we enter our appearance on your traffic case. If we have decided to reject your case, which is within our right, regardless of reason, you will need to seek alternative legal assistance for your case. By using this online service you agree to be contacted via e-mail and telephone by our office staff regarding your case. If your Court date has passed already or is within 3 days, please call the office for immediate assistance at (636) 797-4343. In order to process your case and/or payment, we are required to collect personal information from you. This information may include your contact information, billing information, and other information about your case. We will use this information collected to fulfill your requests for services, to process payments, to otherwise facilitate your case, and/or to enforce or apply the terms of this Agreement.
